Haydon Bridge Pharmacy are committed to helping people get full benefit from any medicines they take. As part of this we carry out medicine use reviews with all people on several medicines. The reviews concentrate on how the medicines are used, are their any side-effects being experienced and what can be done to make the medicine more effective.

Free emergency hormonal contraception available from the pharmacy when an accredited pharmacist is on duty.
Diabetic Sharps Box Exchange
For people who are registered with a GP in Northumberland we offer a free Sharps box exchange. Simply bring your full sharps box to the pharmacy. We will take it of you for safe disposal and provide you with a new sharps box.
Flu Vaccination Service
We offer a private flu vaccination service. The vaccination is administered by our specially trained pharmacist.

Free Prescription Collection Service
We collect prescriptions from all GP surgeries in Tynedale. We can also provide FREEPOST envelopes to surgeries in the rest of the United Kingdom.
Needle Exchange
We offer a needle exchange service for drug users in Northumberland. The service helps to ensure used needles are disposed of safely and helps prevent the spread of blood borne viruses.
